MONTECITO HEIGHTS

There is a lightness and sense of place in this home with interiors designed to evoke a type of everyday elegance that unites the home with ease. Through the landscaped entry pathway and elegant custom Dutch front door, the French-country inspired kitchen features handmade patinated brass fixtures, honed Calacatta marble and top-of-the-line appliances.  Below exposed beam ceilings, the living and dining area with large balcony look out on romantic hillside views.  As the sun sets toward the west, the golden glow of magic hour filters through a grove of giant pepper and eucalyptus trees, sunlight weaving through their swaying boughs.  Bleached white oak flooring flows to the custom solid ash wood staircase below a glowing paper lantern fixture.
